eventHandler: Type: SystemEventHandler
The event to raise.
sender: Type: SystemObject
The source of the event.
eventArgs: Type: SystemEventArgs
The arguments for the event.
cancelInvocation: Type: SystemFuncEventArgs, Boolean
A predicate that returns true to cancel the invocation.

Type: Boolean
true if the event has not been cancelled by any of the subscribers; otherwise, false.
